Complaints Resolution Process

All issues regarding a club member, policies or procedures, must be submitted in writing to the Banbury Tennis Club President within 30 days of the occurrence.

The President will contact the Executive to discuss the matter. Executive members will make a decision and communicate said decision to the complainant within a minimum of 15 business days.

If the matter is not resolved to the satisfaction of the complainant, the complaint may be escalated in writing to the North York Tennis Association’s President.
